My Story when I was a kid and how it started
One of my first RC cars before buying hobby grade car was TYCO TURBO HOPPER RADIO CONTROLLED RC DUNE BUGGY TAIYO 80's BLACK 49 Mhz. This little buggy had a switch on back to switch from slow to fast and took 8 AA batteries. The picture is not mine but it's same one I had up until middle school.
I then saved my money and bought TAMIYA "The GRASSHOPPER 2" hobby grade RC buggy from House of Hobbies! I had friend that lived right next to me that him and I would race up and down the road. Great memories :)
Then bought Team Associated RC10T and raced it once before finding out I needed to do my homework. I upgraded my 15 minute charge to digital Novak and better batteries and so on.
What I have left now. I do have some pictures somewhere of the truck painted blue.
Then got into Team Associated RC10LS with GTP body. I started racing it on carpet track called Docs Indoor in Clearwater. My friend and I would race after school (on I think Wednesday) at Docs. This was all thanks to our parents because racing was not cheap! We racing up until High School then stopped.
More on my story later and fix my horrible grammar. LOL
